What are Grab and Go Garlands?
Grab and Go Garlands are custom-built balloon garlands that you pick up from our location. We provide all necessary instructions and tools for installation. These garlands start at 4 feet long. Please ensure you have adequate vehicle space for transport.

What is a Bring Your Own?
Our Bring Your Own service allows you to bring in your foil/mylar balloons for helium filling. We can fill them immediately or at a scheduled time. Pricing varies based on balloon size.
Do you have order minimum?
For in-store pickup, there is no minimum order requirement. For delivery and installation services, we have a $300 minimum order, which includes delivery within 10 miles.
Do you offer installations on Holidays?
Yes, we offer holiday installations! For major federal holidays, our minimum order is $1,000.
What is your booking and cancellation policy?
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking, with full payment due 7 days before your event. If you need to cancel, we'll credit your deposit toward a future booking when cancelled at least 7 days in advance.
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Northern New Jersey! Based in Chatham, we typically service a 20-mile radius. However, we're happy to discuss arrangements for locations outside this area.
Do you offer installations outdoors?
Yes, we offer outdoor installations! Please note that weather conditions can affect balloons - sun exposure may cause discoloration or popping, and wind can impact the installation. For public spaces, customers are responsible for obtaining necessary permits.
How long do balloons last?
Our professional-grade balloons typically last at least one week when not exposed to extreme temperatures.
How long are the installations?
Most installations take 60 minutes or less, as we arrive with pre-assembled components. Larger installations may require additional time, which we'll discuss during planning.
What payments do you accept?
We accept credit cards, checks, and cash payments.
