• A 50% non-refundable deposit secures the date, with the balance due 7 days before your event. Cancel at least 7 days ahead and we credit the deposit toward a future booking.
• There is no charge to ask. Send your date, venue and colours and we come back with a concept and a quote, usually within a day.
• Three weeks is comfortable for custom colour work. Shorter turnarounds in Madison are often possible precisely because we are so close — ask rather than assume.
