For a convention, a multi-day conference or an event running across several spaces, the decor is rarely the hard part — the schedule is. We take on the coordination that sits around the installation: agreeing access windows with the venue or facilities team, sequencing what goes up when so it does not collide with build-out or rehearsals, and working to your run of show rather than ours.
That means you brief us once and we hold the schedule from there. If an install has to happen at six in the morning between a loading dock slot and a fire inspection, that is our problem to solve rather than something you coordinate on our behalf. For multi-day events we plan refreshes and breakdown into the same schedule, so each day looks like the first.
Coordination is scoped per event rather than offered as a fixed package — whether we can take it on depends on the dates, the venue and what else is running. Tell us the venue, the dates and who holds the schedule, and we will tell you quickly either way.
