FAQ
Minimums, deposits and terms.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum for in-store pickup. Delivery and installation have a $300 minimum, which includes delivery within 10 miles.
Do holidays cost more?
For major federal holidays our minimum order is $1,000.
How do deposits work?
A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your booking, with the balance due 7 days before your event. Cancel at least 7 days ahead and we credit your deposit toward a future booking.
What about corporate events?
Corporate installations are quoted individually against your brief and brand colours rather than priced from a list.
